Car hire Terms and Conditions
Qualification:
All drivers must be over 23 years old holding a valid license for more than 2 years. If you are less than 23, please contact us regarding this matter.
Delivery and Collection:
We can deliver and collect cars at the airport of Corfu, at our offices in Nissaki and Barbati and at all hotels/apartments at the North-East part of Corfu (from Corfu Town up to Kassiopi). Airport delivery from 21:00 until midnight is charged extra.
Minimum Rental:
The minimum rental at our offices is usually one day, at the apartments/hotels it is 3 days and at the airport is 7 days. Exceptions can apply sometimes so please contact us.
Traffic fines:
All traffic fines resulting from the violation of the Greek Traffic Law -including parking tickets- are paid by the renter. Failure to do so results to your details passed on to the police authorities for further action.
Border/Ferry crossing:
Our cars can only be driven at the island of Corfu. Ferry or border crossing is not allowed.
Insurance:
All our cars are insured against liability to third parties for injury, death or property damage. Insurance also covers renter and passengers personal accident up to a specific amount.
Full insurance with No Excess:
Renters choosing this package, do not have to pay any Insurance Excess for damages made to the car. Insurance does not cover damage to tires. All other parts covered. Insurance does not cover accidents when driving under the influence of alcohol or speeding or passing red light.
Fuel:
All petrol is paid by the renter. Renter is responsible to return the same petrol as started. No refunds given.
Children seats:
One child seat is free of charge.
Extra driver:
One extra driver is free of charge.
